Payment when services are rendered
Payment is required for services at the time of appointment. Tranquil Body Massage (TBM) does not accept insurance coverage for services, therefore payments must be made by Cash or Check. In the event that there is a check returned to TBM, there will be a service charge of $35.00.
Cancelled / Missed / Appointment Tardiness
A minimum of 24 hours notice is necessary for a cancellation of a previously scheduled appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, there may be a charged for a portion or full price of the appointment. If arriving late for a scheduled appointment, the amount of time which was missed by being late will not be refunded nor will the appointment time be extended. No shows will be charged 50% of appointment cost.
